Jamie Lee, CMT

I started my training in Massage Therapy in 1993 and have been practicing professionally on the Peninsula since 1995.  My approach to working with the body is to nurture the entire being (mind, body and spirit) with various techniques and modalities as well as energetically.  I am trained in Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue/Sports massage, Shiatsu/Accupressure, Reflexology, Pre-Natal, Esalen, La Stone Therapy, Polarity and I am  a Reiki Master.  I encourage the body to let go and relax through stretching and range of motion if so desired.  I am a good listener and will be sensitive to your needs.

Helena Bee, CMT

I received certification in 2005, culminating a life long passion beginning as a pre-teen when I would rub my mom's aching hands and feet after a hard day's work.   My heart's desire to make the world a better place is funneled through the healing art of touch as well as a place for my meditative mind to kick in.   I use a variety of techniques and modalities to "trick" the body to let go and create space.  I also use my intuition to supply the perfect pressure to induce maximum tension release and relaxation.  I care about every body I touch.  I've worked at Carmel Valley Ranch,  the Naval Post Graduate School and for local chiropractors.  Check out my Yelp reviews under Sano Spa and Spa on the Plaza where I currently still work.   I recognize the inherent trust that takes place with each massage.  I see every massage as a dance of trust, breath and pulse.  Shall we dance?
